ZEDLER MILL PAVILION on the San Marcos River is the perfect location for indoor or outdoor weddings, wedding receptions, corporate events, holiday parties, reunions, charity events, birthday parties, and rehearsal dinners.

Nestled in the pecan trees along the San Marcos River, the Zedler Mill Pavilion is a wonderful reception and meeting facility. The venue has a full heating and A/C system for year round use, but can also be used as an open air facility. If used for an indoor-only event, the venue can seat up to 275 people. When the glass bay doors are open, it allows for unlimited flexibility for your event.

The AV system allows the connection of audio and video devices and features wireless internet abilities. A large, fully functional kitchen makes final preparation of anything from snacks to full meals very convenient. Tables and chairs are included in the rental.

For a time to remember, plan your special event at Zedler Mill Pavilion, located next door to Zedler Mill, a historic mill started in 1874. Zedler Mill is now a restored feed mill and cotton gin museum. Stroll along the trails winding under the spreading pecan trees and enjoy the beauty of a former time.

Additional Charges

Additional optional fees include:
1. Prior day setup fee - if day before scheduled event has not been reserved by another renter within 14 days of renter's event, then renter may setup starting at or after 5:00 pm on setup date after paying additional fee.
2. Clean up fee - Renter may choose to pay an additional clean up fee for Zedler staff to clean after event.
3. Golf cart shuttle (per day) available for additional fee.  Golf cart driver (city employee) required for additional $10 per hour fee.

The Zedler House - Guest House & Event Center - is located directly across the street from the venue.  The historic Fritz Zedler House is now available for up to sixteen overnight guests.  Individual rooms, suites, or the entire house may be rented in conjunction with events at the Zedler Mill Pavilion, or for a charming getaway.  Perfect for relaxing on one of the large porches, playing golf at a nearby course, parties, reunions, and business or social events.

Our property is set on property on the beautiful San Marcos River and boasts a historic museum, the Zedler Mill Museum and park. The Zedler Mill dates back to the mid 1800's and provides for perfect photo-ops!

The ampitheater style ceremony site on the beautiful San Marcos River is the perfect setting for a beautiful wedding.  Our venue is nestled in pecan trees along the San Marcos River. The enclosed Pavilion has a full heating and A/C system for year round use, but can also be used as a beautiful open air facility.
