Brooklyn Winery

213 North 8th Street, Brooklyn, NY, United States

Created in partnership with our friends at Brooklyn Winery.

Whether you’re a New Yorker looking for an outside-the-box wedding venue or an out-of-towner looking for a rad space in Williamsburg to host your wedding bash, Brooklyn Winery is sure to make it to the top of your venue love list. Set on N. 8th and Driggs, this industrial, sun-filled space is located in the heart of one of Brooklyn’s most beloved neighborhoods.

We recently caught up with the winery crew to find out what’s new for summer 2018 and the menus, setup and flexibility make this stalwart venue simply one of the best of NYC. Here’s the scoop on all things Brooklyn Winery.

Wine is synonymous with celebrations and there’s really no celebration quite as grand as a wedding. At Brooklyn Winery, your guests will be able to taste their way through 6 of their most popular varietals over the course of the evening, while surrounded by barrels, fermentation tanks and all things wine. It’s nearly impossible not to think through the incredible process it takes to get from grape to glass at a venue like this one.

Getting ready location: The Williamsburg Hotel

You know what rules? When you find a venue so well styled you don’t have much to do to get it just right for your wedding. With window walls and cathedral glass ceilings, the space has just the right amount of natural light. The walls are all wooden with pops of living plants strewn about, and you’re sure to find vintage furniture throughout the venue that makes the whole place feel cozy and collected.

Williamsburg has been one of Brooklyn’s hottest neighborhoods for well over a decade now, and Brooklyn Winery is absolutely one of the contributors to that buzzy neighborhood vibe. If you’re hosting your wedding at this established wine spot, your travelling guests have their pick of some of the city’s best hotels just within walking distance to the venue. The William Vale (Brooklyn Winery's preferred partner), Wythe HotelThe Williamsburg Hotel and the new Hoxton Williamsburg (opening September 2018) are all a quick and easy walk stroll away.

The beauty of the Winery is that no two weddings are ever the same - every wedding is as unique as the couple it's designed to celebrate. While we are full service and provide the backbone of the experience and, in my opinion, the best service in Brooklyn, the aesthetic of the Winery lends itself as a raw space in that each couple can truly personalize it to fit their specific style. From a hanging origami installation during the ceremony to an nostalgic ice cream stand serviced by Ample Hills (think: Peppermint Pattie or Chocolate Milk & Cookies) for the reception, the sky's the limit!

Private Label Wine Bottle favors: couples can customize our label to reflect their personalities and style and it serves as a beautiful memento that everyone will love!

Our menu changes every few months offering up what is best in each season - think watermelon + heirloom tomatoes in the Summer, squashes of every kind in the Fall and English peas and ramps in the Spring!

We are always on the hunt for new chic, vintage finds to add to the decor of our space, so there is something new and interesting here every few months!

Our service is above + beyond, our staff knows how to manage a wedding crowd and help every guest have the best experience possible!
