The Andaz Mayakoba secluded beach is the perfect setting for an unparalleled beach wedding with white sand and turquoise Caribbean waters as a backdrop. This venue is available for up to 90 people.

The Balam Ballroom and Garden
The spectacular Balam Ballroom offers 6,200 square feet of natural light, versatile indoor and outdoor space, terraces and lawn areas. The panels of the pre-function area open up to the Balam outdoor garden. The ballroom has space for 108 people.

El Pueblito
Andaz Mayakoba's El Pueblito is a charming wedding venue in the heart of Mayakoba. The chapel, Capilla de la Santa Cruz, can be reserved for Catholic wedding ceremonies. Mayakoba’s courtyard gazebo can host wedding ceremonies of any faith and the square can be transformed into an open-air reception venue.

Presidential Suite

Venue Features
The scene:
Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya now provides its guests the opportunity to receive an antigen and a COVID-19-RT-PCR (swab) test prior to departing the resort in conjunction with AZUMED Laboratory, a Mexico-based medical laboratory. AZUMED Laboratory’s highly trained medical staff will test guests on the property who are required to present their results prior to departure. The test complies with all current travel regulations.

The antigen test is offered complimentary for up to 2 guests when staying a minimum of 3 nights. Results are delivered within 30 minutes by email. The PCR test is not included in the rate and it is available at $170. PCR results are delivered within 12 hours by email. Tests taken on Sunday will have results delivered Monday. The tests can be scheduled directly with the concierge from Monday to Sunday, 48 hours in advance.

Andaz Mayakoba is also offering medical evaluation services for groups through AZUMED Laboratory. COVID-19 PCR tests are performed on all attendees, with results communicated to the meeting organizer and resort prior to the event taking place as well as often throughout the event as is requested by the meeting organizer and its attendees.

We provide quarantine services for guests that test positive for COVID with up to a 50% discount on accommodations and food & beverage (alcohol not included) for guests needing to quarantine up to 14 days.

Design:
The décor featured in all guestrooms and suites is inspired by traditional Mexican crafts and iconography to create an intriguing design meant to stimulate the senses in new and refreshing ways.

The accommodations are naturally inspired with stylish amenities and a refined collection of artisan décor. Each offers a spacious balcony or terrace; 41 luxury suites also feature private plunge pools. The design of the rooms are grounded by an ‘area rug’ crafted from a collection of locally produced Mexican cement tiles as well as a signature Mayan décor item such as a traditional mask, a Mayan huipil or a colorful bird figure. The remainder of the room is minimalist in design with color tones inspired by natural terrains such as stone, sand and water.

The resort delights guests with four diverse onsite restaurants, designed by architecture firm CCS Architecture and spearheaded by Executive Chef on the property.
