Venue Setting

William "Bill" Columbus Hardy and Sarah Jane "Sallie" Chambers were married December 23, 1886 in Giles County, TN. On December 3, 1890 they purchased a tract of land from Sarah's father Andrew H. Chambers who was the pioneer who built the Vinta mill near Elkton, TN. They built the Hardy Chambers farmhouse and set out to carve a life on the land in civil war torn Giles county Tennessee. The Farm House has been preserved and sets on a 50 acre working sheep and cattle farm.

Venue Features
The Scene:
The historic farmhouse, shaded by 125 year old pecans, is set in the rolling green hills of TN. Built in 1890 and left in a primitive state, the guest will relax into the old southern charm of a slower pace of living. At dusk, the house is lit by candles and kersosene lanterns and fireflies light the fields beyond. Dinners are catered with locally grown farm produce and vintage settings make for a perfect evening.
The setting provides rustic tables and mix and match vintage chairs for dining along with vintage table settings and vintage silver. A firepit is provided for marshmallow roasting and fire gazing.
Standout Venue Features:
Wildflower and natural decor is foraged from the farm and fields to decorate the farmhouse and dining tables. Sheep and horses are available for photo ops and a creek runs through the farm for secluded dinner parties and barefoot splashes. A private hilltop is available for photos or hikes and private sunsets.
Extra Perks:
Vintage table settings, antique rustic feasting tables, vintage mix and match chairs, vintage silver, antique white linens, hanging tables, porch swings, firepit with firewood, beverage cart and beverage dispensers, chalkboard signs, candles.

Always a Welcoming Mat

Out in the great open space of Pulaski, Tennessee, there sits the rustic white Hardy Chambers Farmhouse. A thin dirt road will bring you and the soft glow of lantern light will keep you. The homestead, built just a few years before America tumbled into the 20th Century, has lasted ever since with the calm, quaint pulse of a good beating southern heart.
