This section provides insights into our diverse culinary and social offerings.
Trough
Trough offers meals with a bit more western flair. Home-cooked flavors mingle with traditional offerings for a rustic, yet refined taste palette. Here, you may find hand-cut meats combined with simply prepared local vegetables. Satisfaction guaranteed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily. However, we must tell you that huckleberry pancakes are only served at breakfast so you can only eat them once per day.

Pomp
The cuisine at Pomp might be described as refined rustic ranch. Grounded in the fundamentals of classic cooking, our chef uses his background and his imagination to create culinary innovations. Local ingredients are featured, so offerings change just like the seasons.

Paws Up is also home to a variety of venues unlike the other across our 37,000 acres. Each of these spaces can be transformed into a dining venue for your wedding guests.
Tank
Tank is a full-service bar offering the finest drink selections, and a casual environment complete with flat-screen TVs, music, and spectacular views. It's the perfect place to unwind and reconnect after a day full of adventure.
Celebration Locations
This section outlines the various spaces available within the venue for different types of events.
The Bull Barn
The Bull Barn, which was built as a livestock barn in 1920 and most recently used to house Paws Up’s prized Black Angus bulls during the height of Paws Up’s cattle ranching operation, was remodeled by Paws Up throughout 2011 using the same sturdy timbers that originated in 1920. Opened for use in September 2011, the iconic building now serves as a contemporary conference center, wedding venue, and event center in the center of The Resort at Paws Up.

Martini Trolleys, Guitar Deliveries, Caviar Carts: 14 Hotels Turning Room Service Into the Ultimate Friends’ Night In
Bid adieu to that boring ol’ room service club sandwich. Today’s luxury and chic boutique hotels are serving Home Alone style sundae kits. Yes, the exact nostalgic, over-the-top ice cream situation Kevin McCallister built in his bathrobe, can be brought right to your room, alongside caviar carts and martini trolleys. We’re talking on-call mixology masters, bath butlers, and some hotels even send up sunrise breakfast baskets or deliver a guitar to your door so someone can play campfire songs from the comfort of your bed. These setups are made for the travel moments when you’d rather stay in, slip into matching robes, and turn the evening into a grown-up sleepover with champagne, face masks, and a movie playing in the background.  And after a day of touring a new town with friends, sometimes the dreamiest plan is no plan at all. Just everyone piled into the room, relaxing, catching up and letting room service do the entertaining. Bookmark this guide for a vacation with friends hat involves caviar, champagne, celebrity-level skincare and maybe a visit from Santa. By Pallavi Mehra
