The Federation Style Home
The three-bedroom Federation style house was built back in 1902, so it features incredible wooded floorboards and lots of detailing. The interiors, recently refurbished and decorated by Melbourne designer Lynda Gardener, feature lots of whites, Turkish rugs, natural woods and pure linens. In true Scandinavian fashion, the home is neutral but filled with textures and a stunning collection of vintage portraits and landscape art. One of our favorite highlights? The antique clawfoot bathtub with a view.

The Beautiful Barn
Located just in the backyard, this small barn is the perfect size for a party of up to 60 guests. Surrounded by gardens, it’s the kind of space where you can meander between indoors and out, allowing guests to soak up the energy of this peaceful property. Weddings here usually split time between the orchards and the barn, with pop-up events, workshops, rehearsal dinners, photo shoots and all other sorts of gatherings following suit.

The Victorian Gardens
The property at The Estate Trentham sees a whole lotta sun, if the ample gardens are any proof. With orchards, berries, an ornamental garden, a tea garden, a veggie patch and a forest walk, we’d say the grounds are certainly well looked after. Did we mention that there’s a deck overlooking the gardens from the house? Yep, we think that’s pretty crushworthy too.
