An eco-luxury resort, Triple S Ranch is home to well-appointed accommodations for up to 51 guests, with the possibility to double that occupancy by adding a collection of glamping tents on the grounds. The destination, surrounded by some of the best hotels and resorts, gourmet restaurants and wineries in California, makes a great spot for weddings, group getaways and corporate retreats that serve as a way to reconnect with friends, family, self and nature. We recently caught up with the team behind the ranch about their events program, as shared below.
Triple S Ranch is one of the oldest ranches, resorts & roadhouses in Napa Valley. The property has hosted events for Robert Louis Stevenson, Rocky Marciano, Robert Mondovi, and Kate Spade. The property was meticulously restored in 2016 and has been sold out for destination weddings, corporate retreats and health & wellness retreats since re-opening. All events are exclusive – this is your ‘own private Idaho.'
We all know Triple S is a great wedding venue, but why is it also a great corporate event venue?
Triple S Ranch is a perfect venue for team building, problem-solving, managements & sales incentives. In your ‘own private Idaho’ you can host your main meetings, breakouts, meals and fun time (at the pool or hot tub).
This is the intimate spot to really get to know your colleagues. It is not another cookie cutter resort. The property sleeps 33 single occupancy or 51 double occupancy. If you need more lodging, there are other world class hotels only 5 minutes away.
Can you give us a rundown of what a corporate event could look like?
Why be limited when you are in Napa Valley? We allow you to design whatever event you want. Normally people have meetings in our various event spaces and then the fun begins: you can drink your own wine, hire your own caterers, host cooking classes, throw an outdoor pizza cooking party or add glamping tents. We can also arrange off-site tours for wineries, hot air ballooning, hiking, biking, safaris, etc.
What do we need to know about hosting events here?
The property is an exclusive rental with 51 double occupancies and 33 single occupancies. We can provide catering or you can hire whomever you wish. We are unique in Napa Valley in that we allow you to bring your own wine without a corkage fee. Bands and DJ’s must be finished by 10pm.
What is your absolute favorite part of hosting corporate events at Triple S Ranch?
Triple S Napa is the real Napa Valley. You are in a pristine natural setting on top of a mountain but only minutes from the historic village of Calistoga and wineries, and 1 hour from the Golden Gate Bridge.
