Who said picnics had to actually incorporate picnic baskets? We've taken the age old tradition of packing a picnic and setting up a display of tasty goods with friends to the roof. Literally. Summer has officially made it's grand entrance and we are taking advantage of all it has to offer - starting with a rooftop picnic to kick off the season of fun and sun. 

From three easy ways to have your dinner in style to our cocktail of the summer, we've got your covered. Get out your pen and paper, you'll want to take notes. 

 

 

Endless Summer Cocktail

Step 1: 
Mix 1 batch of strawberries, 1/4 cup of sugar and the juice of 1 lemon

Step 2: 
Let sit for 10 min & blend
Lightly muddle basil leaves in your glass
Add ice, 1 shot of gin + strawberry purée

Step 3:
Mix it up

Step 4:
Add basil & strawberry garnish

What you'll need:

- Honey

Spread marscapone over your toast.

Step 3: 
Slice up some pears and place over marscapone.

Step 4:
Drizzle honey and pistachios for added flavor and take a big ol' bite! This one is basically dessert!

What you'll need: 
- Peppered Salami
- Prosciutto
- Marscapone
- Salt + Pepper 

Step 1: 
Toast your bread.

Step 2: 
Spread marscapone over your toast and season with salt + pepper.

Step 3: 
Place your meat of choice over the creaminess. Salami and prosciutto was our top picks!
