The Venue Report loves Coachella. The yearly pilgrimage to the pinnacle of posh-pad perfection in Palm Springs, with it’s mid-century modern mentality and bright pops of color combos. It’s a coming-together of fashion’s elite, music’s mavens and cool kids from all over the country to congregate and create new trends in pop culture. “Ohhhh you’re pretty good-looking…” thanks, headliner Jack White – we’ll take it. But we know you’re talking about The Amado.
The Amado, Spanish for “beloved” will be just that to you and yours during your group’s stay on either weekend of Coachella. Due to a last minute cancellation this chic boutique is now available to book for our gathering-loving audience. It's a race to the finish friends.. Who is going to score this place first?!
This bright, shiny diamond has been described as a “desert chic boutique for the contemporary traveler.” it’s perfect for the arts & music loving festival-goers, artist & small entourage or friends-who-feel-like-family to gather and get-down with a glass of wine after a long day at the festival.
So, what's The Scoop on The Amado?
This sparkling desert gem is a recently renovated, five-unit complex nestled nicely within a private courtyard. There is a heated pool among mature citrus trees and gardens buzzing with hummingbirds. Think about how relaxing that would be after a day of heart-pumping, pulse-pounding beats by music’s best?
After cooling off with your crew, grill-out on the weber and linger longer around the large, feasting table, talking about the newest trends, performances and the next day’s activities. Watch the “palm trees turn to silhouettes as the vintage Indonesian lanterns start to glow as dusk settles” and you realize you’re having a new kind of Coachella experience. One that involves connecting with more than just hundreds of thousands of other festival-goers, but sharing ‘sombre-mesa’ (Spanish for the time after a meal spent drinking and socializing) with your special-specials.
